Absolutely outstanding service!

We were in a tough spot late on a Friday afternoon with no hot water after a plumbing job, and within 8 minutes of calling, Bobby had someone at our door ready to help. That kind of responsiveness is almost unheard of these days.

They made sure we weren’t left without hot water over the weekend, which made a huge difference for our family. Then on Monday, Bobby and his team came back and completed everything thoroughly and professionally.

From start to finish, the communication, speed, and genuine willingness to help were exceptional. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work.

Big thank you to Bobby and the team!

We recently engaged Bobby from BG Power after the Cyclone Alfred weather event. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and acted on our behalf while we lived 1.5 hours from the home. Also, while attending the site Bobbys apprentice noticed a mistake in the power box that could have caused fire. We have now found our local Tugun Electrical Team. We highly recommend BG Power.

BG Power has been looking after my electrical needs on a residential full reno since day one. Bobby has been here when he says he will be, but also flexible and understanding when inevitably plans change. He does quality work and has those same high expectations of his workers, always leaving behind a tidy job site. Has been able to come up with work arounds and solutions instead of pointing out problems like some do. Highly recommend.
